The Refinery | Building Usage Request

Please review the Building Usage Policy, and if you agree to the terms within, complete this form & submit to the church office. Submissions should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your request date. If you have further questions please contact the church office at office@refineryohio.com.

AV Techs

Any event requiring AV, must have a Refinery AV tech present. All Refinery supplied AV techs should be paid by the guests holding the event at the rate of $25 per hour per technician.

Building Access

Any security key pick up, drop off and training will need to take place during Refinery office hours (Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 3:30pm). Event leader is responsible for church lock up.

Cleaning

Guests will be responsible for set up, tear down and cleaning afterwards with approved cleaning items. All spaces used should be reset to how they were prior to use. (Guests may be held liable if any equipment is lost or broken.)

Food & Environment

No nails or tacks may be used on walls or furniture. 
No food in the Worship Center. Water or coffee is OK. Light snacks, coffee and water are OK in the foyer.
